Founder's Story

From the serenity of Quito to the vibrancy of NYC
In 2019, during a turbulent period marked by panic attacks and overwhelming stress, I found solace in the ancient practice of yoga. What began as a desperate search for relief quickly blossomed into a profound journey of self-discovery and healing. Yoga became my sanctuary, a sacred space where I learned to manage my stress and cultivate inner peace.
My journey to this point has been rich and diverse. In Ecuador, I trained with renowned teachers like Renaud Neubauer at USFQ and Swami Mahesananda Saraswati in Quito. Under their guidance, I completed rigorous training in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Meditation, yoga therapy, relaxation, and yogic theory. I also expanded my horizons by becoming a transpersonal therapist and primal dance teacher in Argentina. For years, I taught yoga across Ecuador, including in the lush jungles, until 2020. Each experience, each student, and each class enriched my understanding and deepened my commitment to this transformative practice.
Inspired by the profound changes yoga and wellness practices brought into my life, I began to dream of living in New York and starting my own holistic wellness business. Today, I am living that dream in the heart of New York City. Here, I am dedicated to creating a sanctuary for others, offering a haven from the chaos of daily life. Our community is a place where you can restore, rejuvenate, and revive your spirit, guided by compassionate teachers and supported by a nurturing community. Whether you seek relaxation, balance, or personal growth, we are here to walk beside you every step of the way.
In New York, I weave my diverse experiences from Ecuador into my teaching, creating a nurturing and inspiring space for all who seek to find their own path to inner peace and well-being.
