VINYASA YOGA

Solar Flow Yoga
Solar Flow Yoga, the ultimate morning class designed to synchronize your body’s natural rhythms with the rising sun. This one-hour intensive session is perfect for those who want to start their day in harmony with their circadian rhythm, boosting energy and mental clarity. Solar Flow Yoga integrates dynamic Vinyasa flows with invigorating breathwork, helping you harness the sun’s energy to power through your day.

- Time: Every weekday morning at 8am - 9am & 11am - 12pm
- Intensity Level: High
- Recommended Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Doors close 2 minutes after the hour—late arrivals will not be permitted.
